Last Sunday, we decided to visit the 2024 Chicago Boat Show, which took place from January 10 to 14 at McCormick Place. The show was the largest and longest-running boat show in the Midwest, featuring hundreds of exhibitors, thousands of boats, and a variety of attractions for all ages and interests. The show was organized by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), which represented the recreational boating industry in the U.S. and Canada. According to the NMMA, the show was not only a great opportunity for consumers to discover and buy their dream boats, but also a vital platform for the industry to showcase its latest products, innovations, and trends. The 2024 Chicago Boat Show had something for everyone, whether we were looking for a luxury yacht, a fishing boat, a sailboat, a kayak, or a paddle board. We were able to browse and compare hundreds of models from leading brands, as well as accessories, gear, and services. My favorite moments of the show were talking to the guys at Godfrey and Landau. Not only were they super supportive of The Chicago Report but also showcased all of their models for us.
